At Carson Bodywork I strive to create a professional and safe place for you to relax and heal where ever you are on your healing journey. I vow to protect your privacy by following HIPPA guidelines and not sharing any information that is exchanged between us during our session.

Appointment booking and Cancelation

you can book your appointment online on my website through the online scheduler (a credit card will be required to hold the appointment, you will not be charged til time of service)or you can  call or text 503-453-6248 to book directly through me.

Canceling your appointment please do so ASAP(24-48hrs).

NO SHOWS!

No shows are subject to a no show fee of $25 this covers only a fraction of the time time lost. I do not feel right collecting the full payment since the service was not rendered. How ever I am a private practitioner and if you no show me my time was wasted to come in and get set up for your appointment. No shows for me is like coming into work and not get paid and sent home.  Please respect my time and my craft and at least call or text me 503.453.6248 (do not email me)  I will waive the fee up till the time of the appointment. If you no show with no contact you will not be able to rebook in the future. Sorry for any inconvenience.  I feel this is a more then fair policy for my industry standard.  

Late arrival

 If you are gonna arrive later then 5 mins please let me know if you can do so safely. Arriving late may effect the length of your scheduled appointment.  you will be responsible for the cost of the original scheduled appointment.

Before you Arrive

Be sure to read all the Polices and Procedures and descriptions of the modalities that I use. Be sure to allow yourself sometime to relax and integrate after our session . Please come hydrate and clean. Do not come intoxicated of any kind, if you are I will stop the session and you will be responsible for the cost. Please let me know if yo ate on any kind of pain revilers during our session as thin can 

After your Massage

After your session, please stay hydrated keep moving but take it easy, say 70% of your normal activity level. after a massage your tissue is integrating.
